Day 2 of the ACCP Workshop centred on strengthening ASEAN regulators’ practical capabilities in product recall and corrective action management. Delegates began with an interactive session reflecting on expectations and sharing recall experiences from across the region. The UK and OECD then provided insights into international best practice, followed by OPSS experts explaining the UK’s Code of Practice and the role of PRISM in risk assessment. The afternoon focused on the real world steps regulators take to run effective recalls and engage businesses in the process.
